📦 Product Description

Cast-in Rail shoulders

Cast-in Rail Shoulders: These are prefabricated pieces in concrete sleepers, either single or double, used to secure elastic rails within a fastening system, mainly electronic fastenings.

Cast iron shoulders are cast in iron, pre-embedded in concrete sleepers, and used together with elastic clips to fix the rails securely.

Weld-on Shoulders: Designed for use in special trackwork locations that do not permit the use of standard tie plates. Ideal for switches, scales, steel structures, and maintenance facilities.

Generally used on a flat steel plate, these shoulders are beveled to facilitate welding. They provide optimum lateral resistance and maximum clip-toe load, available for all standard rail sizes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Cast-in and Weld-on shoulders?
Cast-in shoulders are pre-embedded directly into concrete sleepers during manufacturing, while Weld-on shoulders are typically used on flat steel plates in special trackwork like switches where standard plates aren't applicable.
What materials are used for these rail shoulders?
Our shoulders are manufactured using high-quality ductile iron, including grades like QT500-7, QT450-10, and QT400-15, ensuring excellent tensile strength and durability.
Are your products certified for international railway standards?
Yes, our manufacturing process is ISO9001 certified, and our products meet various international specifications such as 115RE, 136RE, UIC54, and UIC60.
Can the rail shoulders be customized?
Yes, we provide customized solutions for different rail sizes and specific engineering requirements to ensure optimum lateral resistance for your fastening system.
What is your monthly production capacity?
We have a robust production capacity of approximately 500,000 pieces per month to meet large-scale infrastructure demands.
How are the rail shoulders packaged for delivery?
Products are securely packed on pallets to ensure safety during transit and ease of handling upon arrival at the construction site.
