The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from high-grade Ti6Al4V alloy, meeting ISO 5832-3:2016 standards. The nonabsorbable suture is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) without coating, woven from multiple UHMWPE yarns (ASTM F2848-17 compliant).
The blue suture utilizes medical-grade material (Code 73.1015) approved for safety. The stainless steel components of the inserter conform to ASTM F899-12b, while the handle is designed from ergonomic polycarbonate and ABS material.
