1 Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
2 Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold these certifications to ensure the quality and safety of our medical devices.
3 What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for initial market testing, smaller sample orders are possible. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
4 Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
5 Do you have stock for listed products? What are your payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payments <=800USD, 100% in advance. For >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
6 How do you handle after-sale service?
We offer return and replacement services for products as part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
